Who we are
This website is operated by Luxe Vault, 7 Ermou, Larnaca 6023, Cyprus (“we”, “us”). You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +357 95 066586 or by email at contact@luxevaultcy.com.
Products and prices
All prices are shown in euro (€). Where an item is on sale, the original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price. We take care to show colours accurately, but they may look slightly different depending on your screen. Pieces marked “Coming soon” are not yet available to order.
Ordering and payment
When you buy online you are taken to a secure Stripe checkout page, where you choose your size and pay by card. Your order is accepted when you receive our confirmation. You can also order by messaging us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, or in our Larnaca boutique.

Delivery charges and options are described in our shipping policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, as required by EU consumer law. The conditions for returns, exchanges, store credit and refunds are set out in our returns & refunds policy. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or defective goods remain unaffected under Cyprus & EU law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
