Returns & Exchanges (Online Orders)

You may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, as required by EU consumer law. To do so, email us within that period. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with all tags and security labels attached, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back, and we may reduce the refund if an item shows signs of wear or handling beyond what's needed to check it. Due to the delicate nature of our silk-blend, satin and chiffon fabrics, worn or altered garments cannot be accepted.

We also gladly offer exchanges or store credit. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or defective goods remain unaffected under Cyprus & EU Law.
